Bronson and Jacob's Flavour and Food Applications laboratory is located at Head Office in Sydney.
The lab has been set up to allow B&J to develop flavours in Sweet and Savoury as well as to work on specific food applications at the finished product level using the various products that B&J offer.
For flavours work the lab includes a GCMS to allow technologists to accurately quantify flavours and conduct accurate matching for customers who want to benefit from B&Js ability to supply smaller volumes and manufacture locally.
